Construction Project Manager
Location: St Asaph (Site-Based)
Hours: 42.75 per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
Integra People are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business for an experienced Construction Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation delivering a wide range of high-quality projects across both public and private sectors.
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering construction projects from concept through to completion. Acting as the key day-to-day client interface, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and programmes
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Manage procurement of materials, labour, and resources efficiently
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and contractual requirements
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
* Produce and present regular project reports to senior management and clients
* Work closely with the commercial team to ensure effective cost management
* Oversee quality control and adherence to design specifications
* Manage site teams where required, including resource planning and performance management
* Capture key project learnings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain strong financial oversight across all project stages
What We re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
* Degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
* Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Good IT proficiency
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Full UK driving licence
