We are now seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest experience, commercial performance, and brand reputation.
About the Role
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the hotels strategic direction and operational leadership. You will inspire a high-performing team, ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, and deliver strong commercial results across all business areas. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a flagship London property.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Commercial Leadership
Driving revenue, profit, and market share through strong commercial acumen.
Managing full P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, payroll controls, and cost efficiencies.
Identifying new revenue opportunities and cultivating key client relationships.
Operational Excellence
Ensuring brand and company standards are consistently exceeded.
Delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and service consistency.
Managing staffing levels and scheduling aligned to operational and budgetary needs.
People & Culture
Leading with positivity, resilience, and adaptability.
Mentoring, coaching, and developing managers and team members.
Creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
Compliance & Safety
Ensuring full adherence to IHG brand standards, health & safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader within a high-volume, full-service property .
Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to innovate and drive revenue.
Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills.
Experience working in the London hospitality market is a strong advantage.
