This autonomous role places you at the forefront of business development, working with specifiers, contractors and distributors across the UK. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to build trusted relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and drive growth in a fast-evolving sector.
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team within an innovative, employee‑owned engineering group and have the chance to shape the future of fire safety through cutting‑edge products and customer‑focused strategies.
Responsibilities
* Develop the business with specifiers, contractors and distributors across the UK in a self-driven, autonomous capacity.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored fire protection solutions.
* Drive growth for the business unit by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
* Represent the company in the field, visiting customers across the UK with a full UK driving license and travel availability.
What we are looking for
* Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Regional Sales or Field Sales experience within the construction industry.
* Experience selling fire protection, passive fire products, or related systems to construction industry stakeholders.
* Ability to sell to Contractors, Specifiers/Architects, and Distributors.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
* Ambitious and driven to contribute to the growth of a developing business unit.
