Leasehold Advisor WCR 2 MID

Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and guidance on leasehold matters to customers and colleagues.
* Manage lease extensions, enfranchisements, and leasehold sales processes efficiently.
* Review and analyze lease documents to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Liaise with legal teams, surveyors, and external stakeholders to resolve leasehold disputes.
* Assist in the preparation and management of service charge accounts and budgeting.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to leasehold properties and activities.
* Deliver excellent customer service by addressing leasehold inquiries promptly and effectively.
* Support the development and improvement of leasehold policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Leasehold Advisor or in a similar leasehold/property management role.
* Strong understanding of leasehold legislation and regulations in the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving leasehold issues.
* Knowledge of service charge accounting and budgeting is highly desirable.
