Role Overview
Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking to strengthen our construction delivery team with an experienced Air Conditioning Installation & Service Engineer.
You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems across a variety of sites, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a full-time position (subject to a 3-month probationary period).

Air Conditioning Installation & Service Engineer is responsible for working in accordance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and supporting a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake servicing, repair, and maintenance or air conditioning systems,
* Carry out installation, operation, and commissioning of HVAC plant and equipment,
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs,
* Ensure all work is completed in line with company standards, industry regulations, and best practice,
* Participate in an emergency out-of-hours call-out rota where required,
* Provide professional assessments and technical advice to clients,
* Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices,
* Complete dynamic risk assessments prior to starting work on site,
* Accurately complete all required paperwork or electronic reports
* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer,
* Relevant HVAC / Air Conditioning qualification (e.g., NVQ or equivalent),
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills,
* Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations,
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team,
* Good communication and customer-facing skills
* CSCS Card,
* PASMA and/or IPAF certification,
* Full UK Driving Licence
