Job Title: Senior Territory Manager (London – Implants, Regeneration & Equipment)

Reports to NSM
Probation 6 month
Package:
* Base Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (DOE)
* Car Allowance: £8,400 p.a.
* Bonus: Up to £10,000 p.a (achievable after successful 6-month probation, paid quarterly depending on sales results and KPI.)

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across North and West London
* Generate new business via outbound engagement, study clubs, and referrals
* Effectively manage your own diary to meet monthly sales and activity KPIs
* Accurately log all activity in the company CRM system
Customer Training & Support
* Provide chairside clinical support for new users of our implant systems
* Demonstrate and explain key product features and clinical protocols
* Troubleshoot technical and clinical concerns with dentists and dental labs
Education & Events
* Attend and support evening/weekend study clubs and CPD events (time off in lieu provided)
* Deliver product overviews and clinical presentations to small groups and individuals
Administration
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity data
* Collaborate with the internal support team and management to ensure service excellence
Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years of dental sales experience, ideally in implants, surgical equipment, regeneration, or dental devices
* Strong clinical understanding and ability to explain scientific concepts
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
* Proven track record in new business development
* Highly motivated and able to work independently
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). CRM experience a plus
Requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Own vehicle (car allowance provided)
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support client needs
