Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across North and West London - Generate new business via outbound engagement, study clubs, and referrals - Effectively manage your own diary to meet monthly sales and activity KPIs - Accurately log all activity in the company CRM system Customer Training & Support - Provide chairside clinical support for new users of our implant systems - Demonstrate and explain key product features and clinical protocols - Troubleshoot technical and clinical concerns with dentists and dental labs Education & Events - Attend and support evening/weekend study clubs and CPD events (time off in lieu provided) - Deliver product overviews and clinical presentations to small groups and individuals Administration - Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity data - Collaborate with the internal support team and management to ensure service excellence Essential Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years of dental sales experience, ideally in implants, surgical equipment, regeneration, or dental devices - Strong clinical understanding and ability to explain scientific concepts - Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills - Proven track record in new business development - Highly motivated and able to work independently - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). CRM experience a plus Requirements - Full, clean UK driving licence - Own vehicle (car allowance provided) - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support client needs Application & Selection Process 1.
