Job Overview
£15.36 per hour. Harrow, London. Full‑time.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centered care and support to service users.
* Assist the Extra Care Registered Manager to ensure an empowering service that meets client needs and works with families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere.
* Support with personal care and domestic tasks, and help individuals access work, education and social opportunities.
* Work flexible roster basis, including evenings and some weekends.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with vulnerable adults.
* Flexible, energetic and reliable.
* Ability to deliver personal care and support with empathy and enthusiasm.
* Interest or experience in sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, cooking or similar activities.
Training & Development
Creative Support is committed to your continuous professional development. Following a full local and corporate induction you will obtain a Level 3 certificate in 'Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care'. Upon successful completion of the probationary period you will automatically be enrolled onto the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Training and development needs can be discussed during regular supervision and appraisal meetings.
Hours & Schedule
Work will be on a flexible roster basis, including evenings and some weekends.
