What You’ll Be Doing
1. Energise, influence, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and performance
2. Review KPIs and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and introduce strategies to help exceed store targets
3. Consistently ensure policies, operational standards, and procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented
4. Communicate efficiently both on the floor and behind the scenes. Develop and maintain relationships across the business, with customers, and community partners
5. Drive the Sweaty Betty brand in your store community by building new relationships and seeking innovative marketing techniques to drive traffic and increase sales
6. Identify creative methods to boost customer loyalty
7. Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs
8. Be the product expert and knowledgeable trainer, educating your team and advising customers
9. Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment, always putting your team first
10. Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt stock placement and smooth store operations
