The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the construction industry and in particular working within the trades and labour sector. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to utilize various recruitment technologies effectively. Successful applicants must demonstrate an an eagerness to develop a career in sales and be able to work within a fast paced and reactive role.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
5. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance service delivery.
