Join our Human Resources Department as a Talent Sourcing Professional. We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Professional for our Human Resources department at Sartorius. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with Talent Acquisition Professionals and Hiring Managers to foster proactive recruitment activities and build an efficient and targeted candidate pipeline. The global team consists of 5 people, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full‑time on a permanent basis, and you will be mainly based from home with occasional visits to our site in Royston near Cambridge.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
* In close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Professionals and Hiring Managers, you create requirement profiles and define a sourcing strategy
* On a daily basis, you search in networks and databases such as LinkedIn or Indeed for suitable candidates and establish initial contact to candidates through a targeted approach, focusing on quality not quantity
* Through screening candidates, you evaluate a first fit and present the profile to the Hiring team
* You are the owner of all Sourcing platforms, and you share your knowledge with the global Talent Acquisition team
* By working with talent insights data and understanding the talent market you create Talent Maps and shape the Recruitment Strategy
* Furthermore, you built a sustainable and efficient candidate network and maintain it continuously
* As an offline Sourcing strategy, you plan the strategic approach for attending career fairs and university cooperation's
What Will Convince Us
* Experienced in candidate sourcing in an existing in – house recruitment team or working in a recruitment agency looking to take the first step to move in - house
* Experience of Talent Sourcing, including working with online networks and databases like LinkedIn and Indeed
* Ability to work with data analytics, systems and databases
* Strong communication skills, creativity and a positive mindset, attention to detail
* Ability to build relationships with internal hiring stakeholders and to work collaboratively with the wider TA team
* Ability to prioritize workload and juggle multiple requests at the same time
