A client within the Public Sector based in the east Midlands is currently recruiting for a Repairs and Maintenance Officer to join their Housing Services team as soon as possible. The client is offering full-time, temporary positions for with the ideal candidates having experience of working within a local authority housing or property maintenance environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate responsive repairs and maintenance work across the Council’s housing stock, with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving damp, mould, and disrepair issues. You will oversee operatives and contractors to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
