🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the Charge: Own and evolve the IT PMO function, embedding robust governance and controls across all programmes.
* Shape Success: Define and roll out frameworks that ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
* Strategic Oversight: Drive portfolio prioritisation, risk management, and financial control processes.
* Champion Compliance: Ensure all projects align with PMO standards through effective reporting and assurance.
* Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver seamless change and maximise business value.
* Coach & Influence: Guide teams and stakeholders on best practices in governance and project delivery.
* Drive Investment: Help shape compelling business cases that secure project funding and support strategic goals.
✅ What You Bring:
* Proven experience leading PMO functions across complex IT portfolios ideally within large enterprises.
* Expertise in managing multiple programmes and projects simultaneously.
* Solid financial acumen and experience with various contractual models.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Must-have qualifications:
* 🎓 Degree-level education
* 📜 Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent
* 🌐 MSP certification (highly desirable)
* 🔧 ITIL knowledge (a plus)
