Starting Salary: £36,000-£40,000 (experience dependent)
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our sourcing team and play a key role in the development of our high-performance apparel ranges. You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept through to production—ensuring design integrity, quality, and compliance at every stage.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with our design team, suppliers, and the Head of Product to deliver innovative, high-quality products on time and in line with business goals.

The Details:
· Build and maintain complete and accurate tech packs and size charts, including all technical details, fabric/trim requirements, and correct grade rules in line with brand size guides.
· Placing orders through internal systems and raising directly with the factory, updating on sample trackers and critical path.
· Reviewing and measuring samples, ensuring all design elements and technical details are followed.
· Conducting fit sessions in-house; confidently making commercial decisions along with head of product, analysing technical issues accurately and sending clear, concise, and accurate comments to factories directly.
· Making final approvals to proceed to bulk production on lab dips, trims and overall garments.
· Quality Control checking of bulk when it arrives, relaying any concerns back to the head of product.
· Work with head of product to standardise key blocks to increase speed and accuracy when fitting and ensure consistency through each brand, setting up and maintaining block libraries.
· Mentoring junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills.
· Liaising with design team to offer guidance when required
· Build strong relationships and communication within the team, supply base and other departments.
· Ability to multitask and react quickly to changing priorities, thinking creatively when problem solving and often working to tight deadlines
Skills & Competencies:
· Hard-working with good organisational skills
· Experience across multi product and departments, advantageous.
· Technical minded with strong knowledge of garment construction, including grading.
· Knowledge of testing requirements and ability to read test reports.
· Ability to effectively communicate within a worldwide supply-base.
· Detail and accuracy orientated.
· Confident and proactive with the ability to make decisions.
· Excellent computer skills including, Excel and Illustrator.
Education, Experience & Certification:
· Degree in related subject, preferred.
· Minimum of 8years experience in a similar role, working in a fast-paced clothing environment.
