Your Role
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you won’t be stuck at the back of the room. You’ll be embedded in the classroom, making a direct impact by:
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions, boosting student confidence.
* Helping pupils crack tricky concepts and prepare for exams.
* Supporting teachers with lesson planning, resourcing, and innovative teaching strategies.
* Gaining hands-on classroom management experience — the best preparation for teacher training.

About You
* A recent Maths graduate (2:1 or above preferred) with ambition to teach.
* Clear, confident communicator who can break down complex ideas.

* Experience tutoring, mentoring, or supporting young people is a bonus.
