Role Overview
The role will be varied, with up to 16‑20 weeks of overseas training delivery per year and a generous deployment bonus scheme. A small team of CT SMEs will provide White Force and Exercise Control services to a growing global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* During the exercise planning phase, ensure delivery of the baseline exercise scenario design, produce appropriate supporting Operational Staff Work, and deliver any required pre‑exercise briefs to key stakeholders and other tasks as agreed with the exercise owner / customer.
* During the exercise execution phase, perform Exercise Control duties (Exercise Coordination Officer, Red Air Coordinator, etc.) to ensure the specified training audience achieves the desired learning objectives.
* Provide input into the pre‑defined customer debrief process and, where required, assist in identifying appropriate debrief focal points.
Required Experience and Skills
Essential
* Experience and knowledge of the UK Air CT exercise PBED cycle.
* Confident presenter capable of briefing complex subjects to a large audience.
* Experience in live or synthetic Air training, preferably from a Combat Air (CA) or Air C2 SME background.
* Previous knowledge of UK, NATO, or US military Air integration planning methodology.
* Willingness to embrace the Inzpire work ethic of loyalty, flexibility, and consistently delivering beyond our customer’s expectations.
* Hold, or have previously held, appropriate security clearances.
Desirable
* UK QWI (or equivalent), MC, WCI NATO / US military exchange, EWI, or other Air instructor qualifications.
* Firsthand experience of Air or Joint Force exercise planning and delivery.
* Experience working with 4th and 5th Generation CA platforms.
* Experience collaborating with international partner nations.
* Experience working within a Whole Force construct to ensure effective project delivery.
UK National Requirement
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting, which may require criminal record, security service, and credit reference checks. A minimum UK residency of at least 5 years is normally required.
