Customer Service Advisor (6-Month Contract)
Location: Brighton (Hybrid after training)
Start Date: 12th January
Salary: £24,800 per annum pro rata
Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm
We are currently recruiting for friendly, confident Customer Service Advisors to join the Brighton team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to go permanent.
About the Role
* 2-week office-based training, then hybrid working
* Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and chat
* Give clear information on products and update customer records
* Provide great service and resolve queries efficiently
What You Need
* Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Good IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
