What You’ll Be Doing

Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and multidisciplinary teams

Supporting adults acrossmunity, hospitals, and safeguarding settings

Carrying out functional assessments and delivering personalised interventions

Applying a strengths-based approach to promote independence and wellbeing

Designing and implementing creative, person-centred solutions

Advocating for service users and carers to ensure their voices are heard
