We are looking for a passionate, creative and goal-driven individual to lead the Food & Beverage team on-property at The London EDITION.

As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be a key member of the hotel’s Senior Leadership team – an influential decision-maker, drawing on your expertise to guide the direction of the hotel as we continue to establish ourselves as one of the world’s leading luxury-lifestyle brands.
Our most successful Director of Food & Beverage will be:
1. The strategic business leader of the property’s Food & Beverage and culinary operation
2. Overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies
3. Ensuring the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives
4. Ensuring the Food & Beverage and Culinary operation meets the brand’s target customer needs
5. Ensuring employee satisfaction, encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
6. Coaching and supporting the leadership team to effectively manage wages, food & beverage cost and controllable expenses
7. Focusing on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department
8. Developing and implementing property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provide a return on investment
9. Reviewing financial reports and statements to determine how Food and Beverage is performing against budget
Our most successful Director of Food & Beverage is someone who:
10. Has substantial experience within the Luxury Lifestyle market sector
11. Has previous experience of working with luxury Food & Beverage external consultants/business partners
12. Has previous leadership experience in a high-volume, fining dining restaurant
13. Takes pride in their role and the impact they have on our guests’ and employees’ experience
14. Is ambitious and wants to grow within their career
15. Is a team player
16. Is an excellent communicator
17. Is innovative, always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
