Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant (Temporary)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team on a 4-6 week temporary basis. This role will provide essential support during a key project go-live, ensuring that day-to-day transactional finance processes continue to run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
2. Posting bank transactions and assisting with reconciliations
3. Posting overheads and maintaining accurate financial records
4. Managing approximately 250 transactions per month
5. Supporting the wider finance function as required
Essential Requirements:
6. Previous experience within an Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant role
7. Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One (essential)
8. Intermediate Excel skills
9. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
10. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
11. Professional communication skills
