Description
Change Consulting Services is a cross‑industry capability focused on delivering market‑leading business change, communications and engagement solutions. You will work with the world’s largest organisations, shaping and delivering innovative client journeys through technology‑enabled transformation.
In this role you will:
* Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, Salesforce to define change management solutions.
* Manage key elements of the lifecycle including business transformation vision, leadership engagement and advocacy, change planning, culture and behavioural change, communications and storytelling, data science and change measurement, and the supporting operating model and technology enablers.
* Support the growth of the change consulting practice through innovation, capability development, thought leadership, and market relevance.
* Develop market‑relevant change management points of view, blogs and offerings to establish Accenture’s position in change consulting and overall Talent & Organization.
* Deliver with consistency and excellence for our clients.
Qualifications
* Proven track record delivering enterprise transformational change programmes, ideally underpinned by SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors and Salesforce technology.
* Experience developing change management plans, conducting detailed change impact assessments and building intervention plans.
* Experience creating transformation vision, aligning leadership and crafting storytelling.
* Strong communication strategy skills, with experience building communication materials and engagement interventions using digital and AI‑enabled tools.
* Experience conducting learning needs analysis, learning strategy development and content creation.
* Deep understanding of end‑to‑end technology implementation programme lifecycle, from design to hyper‑care.
* Passion for innovation and technology trends, understanding how leading‑edge technologies and data can drive organisational objectives while supporting the employee experience.
* Excellent consulting acumen, communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally, with clear influence.
