As a Continuity Teams Manager/Community Midwifery Manager, you will bring expert clinical advice to the education, management and leadership of teams of midwives and support staff.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert clinical advice in relation to the education, management and leadership of teams of midwives and support staff.
* Reporting on and sharing learning in relation to the implementation of the continuity of care model, from a patient experience, care provision and workforce perspective.
* Leading in the development, co‑ordination, management and evaluation of the continuity of care model.
* Line‑managing and having 24‑hour responsibility for designated continuity teams.
* Supporting community managers and providing cross‑cover when required.
