Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 Days in the Office)
Package: Up to £165k Base + Double OTE + Equity

The Role
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be one of the first hires into the EMEA enterprise sales team - owning and driving complex, high-value sales cycles with some of the world’s largest companies.
This is a consultative, high-impact sales role involving C-level engagement, multi-stakeholder selling, and helping enterprise clients solve major business challenges.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders
* Manage long, complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers and procurement layers
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity and support from BDRs and marketing
* Position the platform as a transformational solution aligned to customers' strategic goals
* Contribute to the growth of the EMEA sales function, helping shape GTM execution and culture
* Use leading sales tools (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.) to run a high-performing, data-driven process
What Does Success Look Like? You consistently exceed quota by closing large, complex enterprise deals. You build trusted relationships with C-level executives and play a key role in defining the EMEA GTM motion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years closing complex enterprise deals
* Experience working in early-stage, high-growth SaaS environments
* Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
* Open on technology background, though applications-to-business SaaS makes strong commercial sense
* Procurement or finance-related experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
