Pay: c.£31-33,000 per annum

Join our team at Cornish Meadows Holiday Park, located in beautiful Cornwall. As Grounds and Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee the upkeep of our park, ensuring grounds, facilities, and holiday accommodations are maintained to high standards. Lead a dedicated team, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and owners.

What will you do?
* Lead and motivate the grounds and maintenance team
* Plan, delegate, and review weekly maintenance tasks including landscaping, caravan siting/re-siting, and general upkeep
* Support scheduling and cost management of winter works with the General Manager
* Maintain high front-of-house cleanliness standards, including litter picking
* Manage stock ordering, oversee maintenance orders, deliveries, and safety checks
* Supervise waste management, drainage, utilities, and equipment servicing
* Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance solutions
* Maintain and test swimming pool and hot tubs
* Address guest concerns promptly, providing feedback to the team
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will contribute to the park's strategic development and have:
* Proven leadership and team motivation skills
* Experience in carpentry, plumbing, or similar trades
* Experience with on-park development projects
* Understanding of landscaping and gardening
* Gas registration (advantageous)
* Ability to plan and execute maintenance schedules
* Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
* Pool plant room experience (preferred, full training provided)
