To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must possess:

10. A proven track record of success in the industry

14. Experience working in a fast-paced Estate Agency environment
15. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
As a Sales Valuer, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
16. Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
17. Providing accurate market valuations for potential sellers based on the best available data and comparable property sales
18. Arranging and attending Market Appraisals
19. Supporting and engaging clients throughout their journey
20. Building relationships with local professionals to secure referral work
