Customers are at the forefront of everything we do. You are a role model in delivering excellent customer service consistently to the highest of standards. You will support both customers and colleagues to ensure a positive store experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers, assist at checkouts, and support the “two is a queue” initiative where applicable.
* Care for our colleagues by creating a safe environment and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
* Work with the Store Manager to support the team and drive ongoing training and development through on-the-job coaching.
* Lead daily huddles to communicate and achieve commercial objectives, including sales, service, and shrink targets.
* Ensure products are priced, merchandised, and maintained to keep the store running smoothly.
Qualifications / Experience
* At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management.
* Confident in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
* Evidence of working towards and achieving store KPIs, such as sales targets, waste reduction, or customer service scores.
