Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across the UK. This hands‑on, field‑based role involves managing your own travel schedule, working closely with internal teams, and acting as a key advisor to customers on the best equipment, parts, and services to support their needs.
Responsibilities
* Grow new and used mixer sales across your designated territory.
* Identify new markets and opportunities to expand the customer base.
* Convert competitive users and champion the benefits of high‑end machinery.
* Provide expert sales support across equipment, parts, service, and refurbishment.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Manage your own travel schedule with extensive UK field travel.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of successful field sales experience, preferably within construction or industrial machinery sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
* A self‑motivated, target‑driven approach with the ability to work independently.
* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Remuneration
* Competitive base salary – £50,000‑£55,000 per annum.
