Your new role
As an Invoicing Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance and operations teams by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and related documentation. You'll be the go-to person for invoice queries and will help maintain smooth financial operations.
Review and process incoming invoices with accuracy
Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve invoice-related queries
Maintain organised records and filing systems
Support general administrative tasks across finance, service, and operations
Assist with payment processing, purchase orders, and reconciliations
Contribute to basic financial reportingWhat you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in invoicing or financial admin (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Must be based in or able to commute reliably to PortsmouthWhat you'll get in return
£24,000 per annum salary
Performance-related bonus (up to 1 month's salary annually)
