Lead the Future of Sales – Bar Brands Business Development Manager Salary: £40,000 - £40,000 Bonus Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a knack for driving growth? We’re looking for a visionary Business Development Manager to lead our bar brands sales function and shape the future of our business development strategy. This full-time, field-based role offers the flexibility of remote working and the opportunity to make a real impact across our bar portfolio. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, mentoring a team of hub-based BDMs, and collaborating with senior leadership to align sales strategies with our wider organisational goals. Whether you’re a current Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Regional/Area Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or Head of Sales, if you get hospitality, thrive on building relationships, and have a proven track record of delivering results, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing: Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue, brand awareness, and new business Leading and mentoring the business development team to achieve shared goals Providing market insights and intelligence to inform decision-making Collaborating with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment Enhancing brand positioning and market presence through strategic initiatives Reporting on performance and progress to senior stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Experience in business development or sales leadership, ideally in hospitality Strong understanding of industry trends and challenges Proven ability to build and maintain valuable relationships Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Creative, driven, and collaborative approach What's in it for you?
