As we scale, we're looking for a talented BI Analyst to join our analytics team and help our clients extract true business value from their data.
The Role
As a BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients understand and optimise their CRM and business performance through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, CRM specialists, and data engineers to develop scalable dashboards, uncover trends, and turn data into action.
This is a great role for someone who's passionate about business intelligence, CRM systems, AI integration, and delivering consultancy-style impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Gather and interpret business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
2. Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
3. Query and manipulate data using SQL (and ideally DAX or Python)
4. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, reliable, and well-modelled data pipelines
5. Translate CRM and behavioural data into actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and customer success
6. Build KPIs, performance trackers, segmentation models, and churn/retention reporting
7. Work on AI-integrated BI projects (e.g. predictive churn, lead scoring, customer clustering)
8. Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for clients
9. Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders

11. Data Warehousing: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, SQL Server
12. Languages: SQL, DAX, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn - desirable)
13. CRM Systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho
14. ETL Tools: dbt, Fivetran, Talend, Alteryx
15. AI/ML Frameworks (Desirable): Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs
16. Version Control & DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
What We're Looking For
Essential
17. 2 years' experience in a BI, data analyst, or similar analytics role
18. Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets
19. Experience with at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
20. Strong communication skills - you can explain data to non-technical stakeholders
21. Familiarity with CRM platforms and understanding of customer lifecycle metrics
22. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Desirable
23. Experience in a consultancy or agency environment
24. Python for data wrangling or basic machine learning use cases
25. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (classification, regression, clustering, NLP)
26. Exposure to dbt or other data transformation tools
27. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, or forecasting models
28. Knowledge of marketing or sales analytics (e.g. attribution, funnel metrics)
