We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter specializing in Life Sciences for our team.
This is a fully remote role and would focus on driving new business opportunities within the life sciences sector.
MountainTop Life-Sciences is a small boutique recruitment agency in the European life-science market. Our team brings extensive experience in supporting diagnostic, pharmaceutical and medical device clients on up to C-level roles across commercial, medical, general management, regulatory, quality, clinical application and FSE roles.

Key Responsibilities:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients within the life sciences industry
· Identify opportunities for business expansion and contribute to client retention and growth
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including proactive candidate sourcing( headhunting), screening, interviewing, and negotiation & closing of offers.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through ongoing networking and relationship-building activities.
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including client engagement, candidate pipeline, and placement success rates, to measure performance and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in agency recruitment, with a focus on the life sciences industry in a 360 degrees role ( i.e. client acquisition, candidate sourcing, process management & closing deals)
· Proven track record of success in business development
· Active skills in needs gathering, preclosing and selling.
· Strong understanding of the European life-science landscape
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates
· Fluent English; German, Dutch or French would be a plus
