About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leadership and Learning Programmes Manager to coordinate the delivery of learning programmes and support the design and continuous improvement of leadership development initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with operational teams, internal stakeholders and external training providers, you will ensure the successful planning, organisation and delivery of leadership development, induction, onboarding, mandatory and refresher training programmes. You will also play a key role in managing and optimising our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting programme setup, learner engagement, content management, reporting and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Leadership Development Support the design, development and facilitation of leadership and management programmes. Coordinate leadership learning initiatives across the organisation. Gather and analyse feedback to improve programme effectiveness. Work with operational leaders to identify learning needs and support capability development. Learning Programme Coordination Coordinate induction, onboarding, mandatory and refresher training programmes. Manage schedules, resources and communications. Ensure consistent delivery across multiple locations. Work with internal stakeholders and external providers to support programme delivery. Learning Management System (LMS) Administer and maintain the LMS. Manage programme creation, learner enrolment, reporting and compliance monitoring. Organise and maintain learning content. Identify opportunities to improve learner engagement and system effectiveness. Produce learning reports and data to support decision-making and regulatory requirements. About You You will be a highly organised and proactive learning professional with experience coordinating learning programmes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You will have: Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Essential Experience & Qualifications Experience coordinating or delivering learning or training programmes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Experience supporting the design, development or improvement of learning content and programmes. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage learning and training processes. Experience managing multiple programmes, schedules and stakeholders. Experience working with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and coordinate delivery. Experience supporting leadership or management development programmes. Relevant Learning and Development qualification or equivalent practical experience. Desirable Experience Experience working within a regulated environment, such as health or social care. Essential Skills Learning and training programme coordination.
