FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST - ibis Budget Portishead Marina - (Maternity cover)
We are looking for a new Team Member to join our Front Office Team, if you are proactive, self-driven and able to work effectively in a team then we are looking for you!
Job description:
In this role, you will report directly into the General Manager and here are some of your duties:
· Dealing with complaints (face to face as well as answering reviews on line),
· Welcoming and helping our guests throughout their journey in our hotel,
· Check in and check out of the guests,
· Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay,
· Handling daily banking reports, commissions, refunds, cancelations and no shows.
· Taking reservations, managing group bookings, balancing inventory.
· Ensuring all emails are replied and cleared daily.
· Be a brand ambassador for the Accor Loyalty programme.
· Assisting the F&B Team when possible (Don’t worry, they also help front office too!)
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
1. Experience working as a front office receptionist
2. Customer-service & Data Entry experience.
3. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
5. Ability to work flexible hours
Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
Additional Information
Shifts are typically 8 hours and can vary between Early/ Late shifts
· Fixed term contract (Maternity cover)
· Starting : March 2024
· You must be able to work in the UK
