We are seeking a flexible and professional individual to provide confidential administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and cover front-line reception duties. This varied role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage shifting priorities, and a calm approach.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to assist the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with a wide range of administrative tasks. This role involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, responding to enquiries, and maintaining accurate records and reports for the SLT, Governors, and Executive Head. The successful candidate will be proficient in using Bromcom, CPOMS, and Earwig systems to manage data and monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and concerns are escalated promptly. Responsibilities also include taking minutes, preparing resource materials, and delivering general office services such as word processing, spreadsheets, and filing, with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment are essential.
Working hours are 20 hours per week, term time 39 weeks per year, with a starting salary of are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
