Your role will involve: • Supporting the student in maintaining focus and staying on track during lessons. • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment. • Anticipating and preempting challenging situations using your observational skills and initiative. • Facilitating regular movement breaks to help the student regulate energy levels. • Providing additional support during lunch breaks to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
