About the Role
We are seeking qualified Counsellors and Psychologists to join our growing mental wellness network. Based in Staines with hybrid working options, you will provide high-quality, ethical, and client-focused therapy to individuals seeking support with stress, anxiety, depression, and other wellbeing challenges. This role offers the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver one-to-one therapeutic sessions (hybrid: online and in-person at Staines).
* Work within professional codes of ethics and clinical best practice.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR.
* Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development.
* Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
Required Credentials (UK)
Applicants must meet professional standards for mental wellness providers in the UK, including:
* Accreditation / registration with at least one recognised body:
* HCPC – Health & Care Professions Council
* BACP – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
* BABCP – British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies
* Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience delivering therapy.
* Supervision references and evidence of ongoing clinical supervision.
* Clean professional record with no disciplinary findings.
