They are now recruiting for a creative, dynamic, and forward-thinking head of sales to help drive their business to the next level, helping to achieve their ambitious growth plans whilst being well rewarded financially for their achievements. This is a key appointment with the Head of Sales being responsible for managing and leading a team of experienced sales consultants whilst working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. To be considered, candidates must have previous sales team management experiences within the travel industry with a proven record of accomplishment in managing and motivating teams to meet growth and revenue - this is essential.
