The Role You will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including: Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) Animal Act claims and care home accidents Cases often at the top end of the fast-track (c. £20k) and multi-track litigation Opportunities to work on complex, high-value claims (often exceeding £1m) Involvement in clinical negligence cases The firm encourages lawyers who value client relationships and who want to manage their own matters with a high degree of independence.
