Overview
Join a major Finance Transformation Programme delivering Oracle Fusion ERP across Financials, Procurement, and Recruitment. This is a high-impact role within a complex cloud-based transformation initiative, reporting to the Technology ERP Platform Lead.
Location and Employment
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office (London)
Contract: 4 Month
Clearance: SC CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions
* Map business requirements to Oracle processes and architecture
* Manage solution governance, compliance, and assurance
* Collaborate with stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams
* Drive programme milestones, change control, and reporting
* Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, Procurement & HCM would be a plus)
* Strong background in solution architecture and programme delivery
* Experience in stakeholder management and governance frameworks
* Familiarity with OCI and SaaS/PaaS integration
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience in financial services or regulated industries
* Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and PMO reporting tools
Qualifications / Requirements
* Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud across Financials and Procurement (and HCM a plus)
* Strong solution architecture and programme delivery experience
* Experience with governance frameworks and stakeholder management
* OCI, SaaS/PaaS integration familiarity
