Team Leader – Cafes
As a Team Leader, you will provide day‑to‑day support to your frontline team, ensuring excellent service to all guests. Your focus will be front‑of‑house, interacting directly with customers and serving food and drink. You will need a positive, can‑do attitude and a love of working with people. Attention to detail is required to maintain accurate displays and attractive food presentation. You may also assist the kitchen team in food preparation and will oversee induction and training of new staff, guiding them to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities
* Lead the café team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service and clean, welcoming premises
* Supervise induction and ongoing training of colleagues
* Assist with food preparation and maintain food safety standards
* Manage displays, signage and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
* Complete an online assessment to demonstrate suitability for the role
