Key Responsibilities – Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Provide fully compliant mortgage and protection advice across residential, remortgage, and buy-to-let markets.
• Work with all leads provided by the company – no cold calling required.
• Manage your schedule and appointments remotely as part of a home-based role.
• Offer tailored solutions using an extensive lender and protection provider panel.
• Deliver excellent client service from application through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, underwriters, and administrators to ensure smooth case progression.
• Keep up to date with FCA regulations, product changes, and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements – Do You Fit the Role?
To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role, you will need:
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 6–12 months of mortgage advisory experience.
• Motivation and self-discipline to work in a home-based role.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.
• A driven, results-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
