We’re looking for accomplished, articulate, and ambitious individuals to join our Sales Support Advisor team at Bluecrest!
Led by our Customer Service Manager, Lou, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers across our B2B, B2C, and SP Networks. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships.
Externally, we’re a results-driven team with diverse talent and a focus on achieving targets. Internally, we value clear communication, collaboration, and strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound sales inquiries across B2B, B2C, and partners, personalizing product offerings.
* Make warm outbound calls to existing B2C customers to promote services.
* Make warm outbound calls to B2B customers to promote employee benefits.
* Achieve customer interaction SLAs and sales KPIs.
* Be open to coaching and training to improve sales skills.
* Maintain a quality assurance score of 95% or higher.
* Adhere to ISO 9001 and internal policies.
Working Hours
* Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
* Shift between Monday and Sunday, 7am–8pm on weekdays, 8am–5.30pm on weekends
* Rotational weekends (2 out of 6 weekends)
* Remote work, with occasional office visits if required
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a contact centre sales role (inbound/outbound)
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Adaptability to different customer types and environments
* Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Professional telephone manner and personal integrity
* Interest in healthcare is a plus
* Satisfactory criminal records check required
