Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organisation attracts and secures the best talent to meet its strategic goals. This role is a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing expertise on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices. With a strong focus on early careers recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Partner designs and delivers impactful programs, including assessment centres and outreach initiatives, with support from the TA Delivery Manager. Additionally, this role contributes to key talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding, process improvements, and diversity and inclusion strategies, while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Key Duties and Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Management Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle on designated business areas, collaborating with stakeholders to define role requirements and develop tailored, high-impact recruitment strategies aligned with broader business objectives. Provide strategic market insights, leveraging data to shape recruitment approaches and continuously improve talent attraction strategies, ensuring they are innovative, forward-thinking, and aligned with business goals. Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to develop long-term talent acquisition strategies, balancing immediate hiring needs with future talent pipeline requirements. Drive a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and transparent communication throughout the process while adhering to company policies, employment laws, and data protection regulations. Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and external partners, ensuring alignment across recruitment, workforce planning, and business objectives. Lead or contribute to key strategic initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment-related process improvements. Provide regular, data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress, market trends, and talent availability, guiding decision-making at a strategic level. Oversee the continuous enhancement of recruitment processes and tools, driving the implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency and elevate the recruitment experience. Early Careers Recruitment Strategically design and execute early careers recruitment programs, including graduate schemes, internships, and apprenticeships, driving innovation and aligning with future workforce needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and external platforms to develop robust early careers pipelines and ensure alignment with the long-term talent strategy. Oversee and optimise the recruitment process for early careers campaigns, ensuring timely updates and seamless integration with the ATS system while maintaining alignment with broader recruitment goals. Sourcing & Talent Attraction Lead the creation and execution of targeted sourcing strategies, utilising advanced sourcing channels and networks to attract top talent, particularly for niche and high-demand roles. Champion talent attraction initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programmes, employer branding, and continuous process improvements, ensuring alignment with company values and recruitment goals. Strategic Recruitment Analytics & Insights Lead the development and execution of data-driven recruitment strategies, using advanced analytics to provide actionable insights on talent availability, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment performance. Leverage recruitment metrics to influence high-level decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate quality, and align talent acquisition efforts with broader business goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks, regularly updating stakeholders on recruitment progress, market trends, diversity and inclusion goals, and talent pipeline health. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align recruitment data with organisational goals, driving continuous improvement and ensuring data-informed and strategically sound recruitment decisions. Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to refine sourcing strategies and optimise talent attraction, keeping the business competitive in a rapidly evolving talent market. Experience and Qualifications: Essential Talent Acquisition Expertise : Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, managing the end-to-end hiring process and delivering successful recruitment outcomes. Early Careers Recruitment : Expertise in designing and executing early careers recruitment programmes, including managing assessment centres and building strong external partnerships with universities and other platforms. Stakeholder Management : Strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies and outcomes. Multitasking & Organisational Skills : Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met. ATS & Recruitment Tools Proficiency : Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes. Results-oriented : Demonstrated track record of delivering results by effectively managing recruitment campaigns, optimising processes, and achieving recruitment targets. Preferred: Employer Branding & Diversity Initiatives : Experience managing or contributing to employer branding campaigns and diversity and inclusion projects, enhancing the organisation's talent attraction strategies. Workforce Planning & Market Insights : Familiarity with workforce planning, market trend analysis, and using insights to inform recruitment strategies and align talent acquisition with business objectives. Global Recruitment & Employment Regulations : Knowledge of global or regional recruitment practices and employment regulations, ensuring compliance and effective hiring across diverse markets. Complex & Niche Recruitment Expertise : Experience managing complex recruitment processes and filling low-volume, niche, and hard-to-source roles, particularly within the automotive sector. Additional Requirements: The post-holder will be required to travel to other Aston Martin sites to support TA activities, so a valid, current driving license is essential. This is a full-time role with a requirement to be onsite minimal 3 days a week.
