The team deals with a variety of Wills & Probate issues and requires a Private Client Paralegal experienced in an array of matters who is not only technically proficient but also keen to be at the forefront of the ongoing development of the team.
As an experienced Private Client specialist, you will be tasked with the day-to-day management of an autonomous caseload of files, predominantly Wills and Probate. The wider team does undertake work across the entire sphere of Private Client matters (Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Wills, Probate, Estate administration etc) and you will assist on more complex issues before taking on matters of greater complexity of your own.
