1. Performing daily bank reconciliations
2. Managing weekly and projected cashflow
3. Preparing financial reports, including work-in-progress and billing, for senior management
4. Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
5. Handlingpletions, including CHAPS/BACS payments and checkingpletion statements
6. Processing payments and receipts via online banking, cheques, and debit cards
7. Managing invoices and maintaining an effective credit control system
8. Overseeing daily banking, account scanning, and payment collection (phone and in-person)
9. Responding to client finance queries and managing client opening/closing procedures
What You’ll Need to SucceedOur client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant with experience in a similar role. Ideally, you’ll hold AAT Level 3 or above and have working knowledge of LEAP and Xero (training will be provided if needed).Additional requirements:
