About the Floor Manager Role
As a floor manager, you support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. We see your store as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your surrounding area, who might shop with us in store, online or via a partnership. You’ll support the brand leader and store team in delivering amazing in‑store and online service, while providing knowledge, leadership and support to stylist team members responding to first‑line customer enquiries via our online customer service system.
Responsibilities
* Spend the majority of your day on the busy shop floor, trading with your stylist teams and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
* Provide leadership and support to stylist team members with first‑line customer queries via our online customer service system.
* Partner with specialist customer‑experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online support.
* Act as an expert ambassador for our products, inspiring in‑store and online customers and your team.
* Commercially driven: showcase our product, maintain visual standards and highlight best‑sellers to deliver an amazing brand experience.
* Accountable for day‑to‑day store operations, including team deployment and coaching to achieve sales targets and exceptional service.
* Collaborate with the management team to exceed store targets and KPIs.
* Manage people matters such as return‑to‑work interviews, investigations, performance and attendance reviews.
* Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently, setting the store up for success.
* Embrace a tenacious, ambitious mindset, setting challenging targets for your team.
* Leverage reporting technologies to understand customer demand and deliver on expectations.
* Quickly learn new systems and processes in a digital environment.

Store Details
The outlet store in Bicester, Oxfordshire has been open since 2015 and usually trades from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm (subject to seasonal change). Bicester Village is world famous and attracts millions of people each year. The store is approximately a 45‑minute journey from London, Marylebone station.
