Profile
You are a recent graduate with a Master’s degree from an Engineering school and have approximately 2 years of significant experience – professional internships, academic projects or personal projects such as GitHub or meet‑ups.

Competencies
* Ability to adapt and react to change.
* Experience designing, developing and testing secure software solutions.
* Knowledge of full‑stack or pure back‑end / front‑end programming languages and frameworks (JAVA, C, C++, Python or any other).
* Familiarity with compilation/code building and continuous integration.
* Knowledge of IS Computing Platforms, Operating Systems and Hypervisors.
* Understanding of Agile principles.
Responsibilities
* Work within a Scrum team of software developers, adopting Agile methodology.
* Contribute to requirement definition, software design and architectural aspects of projects.
* Integrate software components into a fully functional system.
* Write well‑designed, documented and testable code.
* Develop, test and execute the full software development life cycle.
* Design, implement and test features with scalability, performance, deployment/operations and end‑user experience in mind.
* Make estimations and provide input for planning alongside team members.
* Collaborate with other software solutions engineers to share knowledge and improve overall products and solutions.
Security Clearance
This role requires SC Clearance. If you do not currently hold SC, you will be required to obtain, achieve and maintain the clearance. SC eligibility generally requires 5 years of residence in the UK, or in some circumstances 3 years of residence over the last 5 years.
