CBW have a new opportunity for an Electrical bias Facilities Engineer to join a maintenance team in the Central Belt. This will be working client side and looking after 6 properties in Glasgow. The client is looking for someone that holds their electrical 18th edition but can also undertake a variety of other maintenance duties.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 37.5 hour week
Duties & Responsibilities :
* Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
* Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical panels, lighting systems, generators, and other electrical infrastructure.
* Conduct risk assessments for electrical work, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate control measures.
* Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance activities.
* Able to undertake other maintenance duties when required : Plumbing, Painting & Decorating
