Scout Recruiting are seeking an organised and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our clients digital marketing, content, social media, campaigns, and events. This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, supporting sales, and ensuring clear communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
This is a full time 3 month contract. Excellent salary plus non salaried benefits available for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
* Manage digital channels: email marketing, website updates, SEO, PPC, and social media.
* Write clear and engaging content for websites, campaigns, and press.
* Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.
* Produce promotional and printed materials.
Social Media
* Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
* Create posts to increase engagement and website traffic.
* Monitor and respond to online enquiries and feedback.
* Protect brand reputation and handle negative comments effectively.
Campaigns & PR
* Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with press and industry partners.
* Write press releases and respond to media enquiries.
Events
* Organise and support company events, ensuring logistics and materials are in place.
* Coordinate with teams to maximise engagement at events.
* Support staff and charity events where required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or admin.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
* Demonstrated customer service and digital marketing experience.
Desirable
* Experience in campaign delivery and event organisation.
* Ability to create professional graphics and marketing materials.
