We are looking for an Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist (Tableau Solutions Developer) to work with AI&T colleagues, stakeholders in Operations and Commerce, and Analytics Engineers in your own team. As a Tableau Solutions Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the analytics landscape of our organization.
You will join a team of about 8–10 people, with some focusing on the front end (FE) and others on the back end (analytics engineers). Together, we build and support best-in-class BI tooling with a unified structure and approach. Your focus will be on the front end (FE).
Your responsibilities
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into effective and visually appealing Tableau solutions.
* Designing, creating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights for the management teams.
* Ensuring that your solutions include clear meta-data, making them easily understandable for your close colleagues.
* Documenting your solutions in a user-friendly way so that end-users can grasp the insights with minimal guidance.
* Implementing standardized practices based on industry and Kramp best practices.
* Contribute to developing and optimizing BigQuery tables, views, and scheduled queries that power your Tableau dashboards, preferably using dbt.
* Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following governance and security protocols.
Your team
You will be an integral part of our Analytics team, working alongside skilled professionals who are passionate about leveraging data for strategic decision-making. The team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous learning, and development. All team members talk data, but are different from each other (in skills and experience). Together, we make it work!
Who are you?
* Holds a BSc or MSc in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or Bèta -related.
* Hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, or Python is required (minimum 2 years), experience with dbt is a plus, training will be provided.
* Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic analytics environment.
* Has experience in Supply Chain / Operations domain.
* Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and possesses good communication skills.
* Competencies: balances stakeholder needs, demonstrates business insight, communicates clearly, manages complexity, optimizes workflows, and effectively plans and aligns activities.
