Office Based Mechanical Project Manager – Role Structure
This is an office based role working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Understanding design issues and being able to close them out.
* Understanding of commercial & financial implications with final sign off lying with the Senior Operations Manager
* Using the main contractors information platforms like 4P & Bim360.
* Issuing RFI’s and closing out.
* Understanding of equipment & schedules so tech sub’s can be issued and actioned.
* Producing standard programmes.
* Reviewing client documentation and actioning.
* Understanding of the procurement process.
* You’ll be handling variations on projects so you will need to be able to gather the information and put together variations.
* You will be setting up project information folders
* You will need to be flexible in your approach to the role as you will be managing multiple projects at the same time.
